Talking to PEOPLE exclusively in collaboration with Boursin Cheese, the author of the dish cookbook about what to serve for this year’s holiday.
“The only weird thing I do is I don’t like turkey,” says Teigen, 38. “So we tend to, like, nestle, like, three big chickens in the same roasting pan and we find that everyone enjoys it a lot more but in turkey. So that’s always really fun.”
Teigen adds that she sometimes tackles the “challenge of trying to make the turkey great.” I’m sorry, I’m roasting my feet in gravy or something, I fall in love with it every year,” she says. “But it’s always a lot of fun and exciting.”
