Upon graduation, Randy has won numerous awards and degrees, cementing her position in the fashion and design industries.

Randy has also received two Excellence in Design in Wedding (DEBI) awards, the most prestigious award given to wedding designers.

Randy worked as fashion director at Kleinfeld Bridal in New York from 2007 to 2012, advising about 15,000 brides a year, according to the company’s website. In 2007, he made his debut on Say Yes to the Dress on TLC. In 2011, the designer started the show Say Yes to the Dress: Randy Knows Best.
