A multi -vehicle collision this morning in Surrey on the M23 has led to severe congestion and stopping of traffic.
Officers, Surrey Fire and Rescue Service and an ambulance of the southeast coast arrived at the scene, and parts of the road are now closed.
Smash, which took place between Junction J9, Gatwick and J10, Crawley, brought to a part of the road that would be blocked by leaving thousands of motorists stuck.
