He will now spend at least another year behind bars before he is eligible to apply for parole a second time.

This is likely due to his lack of remorse, the nature of his lyrics, and venturing into an area that was off limits to him as part of his parole conditions.

It comes after The Sun passed a dossier of evidence to the Ministry of Justice after we exclusively exposed him as a rapper promoted on BBC shows yesterday.

A spokesman for the Probation Service told The Sun: “Our thoughts are with Jimmy Mizen’s family who deserve more than to watch their son’s killer brazenly brag about his violent crime.

“All offenders released are subject to strict conditions. As this case shows, we will call them to jail if they break the rules.”

In 2009, Fahri was jailed for life with a minimum sentence of 14 years for murdering Jimmy, 16, after throwing an oven pan at him.

A glass container shattered and severed blood vessels in Jimmy’s neck at a south London bakery on May 10, 2008.

Jimmy’s mom, Margaret Mizen, said on Jan. 16 that she believes one of the rapper’s videos violates his probation.

Peace campaigner Margaret, 72, said: “He is not allowed into certain neighbourhoods. Greenwich is one of them.”

When asked whether the 35-year-old Fahri should be sent back to prison again, she added: “He will have to.” Otherwise, the license will be a laughing stock.

“If he violated it, then yes, he needs to go back to prison and really think about his life.”

BBC obsessed with banning ‘hurtful words’ but welcomes killer who glorifies his crimes – the stench of moral bankruptcy is impossible to ignore

In the video for the song Dirty Game, Fahri raps next to several luxury cars at Blackwall Point Draw Dock near the O2 Arena.

The site is said to be within the Greenwich and Bromley life ban imposed on him following his release.

The zone was put in place to prevent Fahri from passing through the part of South East London where he killed Jimmy.

He was released from prison on license in June 2023 but has recently been at the center of controversy after BBC 1Xtra played his music less than 18 months later.

In one of TEN’s tracks, the balaclava-wearing rapper seems to reference Jimmy’s death, and the rapper appeared during an episode of BBC Introducing on 1Xtra with Theo Johnson: Jorday Steps Up! November 17, 2024

Mum Margaret has slammed the BBC for playing the music of her son’s killer, describing the lyrics as “horrific”.

She said: “I have to say I’m a bit disappointed that the BBC is playing his music on the radio station.

“I will want answers to that as well because I don’t think it matters if the two songs are not the worst.

“The fact is they played some. You know, when you play killer songs. It’s pretty bad, isn’t it?”

The BBC has now promised to stop playing the rapper’s music.

YouTube told The Sun on January 15 that it had launched a preview of TEN’s music on its platform.

Fahri, who is often seen wearing a balaclava, raps in one song: “I put it on a man and watched him melt like Ben and Jerry.

“Sharpen my blade. I must keep the ones I need. Be alert and keep it ready, every angle can be deadly.

– The judge looked at me, before the trial started, he already knows that he will throw the book at me.

In another he boasts: “See a man’s soul fly from his eyes and his breath vanish.

“S***, I wanted more, that made it less bad. Seeing blood spilled on the same floor he stayed on.”

The Sun exposed rapper Fahri as Jimmy’s killer

HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) previously confirmed it was investigating the content as a priority.

In response to the first report, the BBC said: “Decisions about music are made on a case-by-case basis.

“We have strict editorial guidelines before broadcasting or publishing any content.

“BBC 1Xtra does not glorify violence.”

Fahri did not respond to any requests for comment and deleted his social media profiles.

Millwall fan and former altar boy Jimmy was attacked in a bakery in Lee, south-east London, by Fahri who walked in and started a fight.

The wannabe gangster, then 19, shot Jimmy with a Pyrex, severing his artery and killing him.

Fahri ran out of the store, and the witness described him as “walking ostentatiously.”

He pleaded not guilty to murder.

But a jury saw through his lies and the wannabe rapper, who went by the street name Dirty Detz and idolized American hip-hop stars, was found guilty at the Old Bailey in March 2009.

He was sentenced to life imprisonment with at least 14 years.
