2 Chainz Reveals He Celebrated His 46th Birthday by Buying Himself a Lawn Mower — and a Strip Club

2 Chainz recently celebrated his birthday and bought himself what Jimmy Fallon called an “amazing” present.

The rapper appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon along with Lil Wayne on Friday as the pair promoted their new single “Presha” and upcoming joint album, Welcome 2 Collegrovethe long-awaited continuation of their collaboration from 2016.

Fallon asked 2 Chainz (born Tauheed Epps) how he celebrated his birthday last month — he turned 46 on Sept. 12 — and the rapper replied, “I bought a lawnmower and a strip club.”

When the host asked what made the “It’s a Vibe” singer buy the machine, he said that he always lived in apartments growing up, and when he became a rapper and “had money” he bought a house.

That house has a “pretty big yard,” he said, so he “always” hired people to help him maintain the property.

“So I pay people to do everything for me, like most rich people do. And then I woke up and said, ‘You know what? I’ve never cut grass before.’ And I felt like maybe I hadn’t crossed the threshold of manhood.”

He continued, “So I woke up and got a John Deere.”

Lil Wayne says he was blessed with an ‘amazing mind’ but not an ‘amazing memory’ — so he forgets his music

The story sent Fallon and Wayne (born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) cracking up, leaving the “Uneasy” rapper, 42, speechless as he listened, with Fallon praising it as a “great story.”

2 Chainz made sure to add that the strip club he bought is up and running. “It’s called Candyland, it’s in Atlanta. Be sure to check us out,” he said, adding, “Needless to say, it’s for adults.”
