9 Years Of Shadow brings colorful Metroidvania to PC this March
Developer Halberd Studios has announced the release date for their upcoming Metroidvania, 9 years in the dark. This is the studio’s first private project and will be published by Freedom Games, which also oversees God of Darkness, war symphonyAnd city beat.
The main character, Europa, is on a mission to bring light, color and hope to the world, with the help of two famous guest composers: Michiru Yamane (Castlevania series) and Norihiko Hibino (metal gears series). Not only are they responsible for the game’s soundtrack, but they can both act as NPCs to help Europa complete its quests.
In addition, players will interact with Gaia, Poseidon and Helios, who will equip the heroine with beautiful armor and weapons. True to the genre, you’ll need to unlock new abilities and skills to reach new areas of the map and successfully tackle new challenges. 9 years in the dark Released on March 27 on Steam and the Epic Games Store. A Nintendo Switch version is also planned for the third quarter of this year.
