David Costabile has been married to Eliza Baldi for over a decade. Before they met, the two had been in the entertainment industry for a long time. They ran alone and without resistance. However, it wasn’t until they met and started dating that Costabile found his match, both personally and professionally.

It is not clear when Costabile and Baldi first met, but in the late 2000s they already started thinking about getting married. On Friday, July 22, 2011, they got engaged. The only thing they say on their wedding registry website about how it happened is that they were in San Francisco. The wedding took place a little more than a year later. According to their registry, the couple married on June 16, 2012, in front of their family and friends at Kings Oaks Farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It is worth mentioning, however, that their wedding date is listed on IMDb as June 25, 2012.
The theme of their wedding was inspired by “the last moment of Fellini’s Amacord”. The party concluded with a family Italian lunch outdoors in the middle of the fields. Costabile and Baldi wanted to have children very soon. Lucy Rae Costabile, their first child, was born in July 2015. Julia Grace Costabile, their second child, was born in March 2017. The family of four traveled to Ireland after Julia’s birth. August 10, 2018 Baldi joked on Instagram that he had to carry his daughter’s favorite doll to a bar when she needed a drink.
“Holiday in Ireland with a one-year-old just means bringing a doll to the bar,” she wrote alongside a photo of the pink-clad doll posed in front of a tall glass of Guinness and some peanuts. There have been no recent posts about their children from either parent. The family lives in Brooklyn, New York.
David Costabile has found his equal in the industry.
Despite not being a big name in Hollywood, Costabile is an industry veteran. He did everything: films, TV series and plays. The Good Wife actor, who graduated from New York University, even taught acting when the going got tough. However, if he is a master of his craft, his wife is most likely better than him. She, who also holds a master’s degree from New York University, is unquestionably more successful than him, at least on paper.
If Costabile succeeded in performing everything, Baldi did it in a broader sense: she has experience in theater and acting in front of cameras, as well as in directing and teaching acting, direction and text analysis at prestigious institutions, including the one from which she graduated. Her teaching and directing CV far exceeds his, and her theater experience is likely to be the same. She gave him good advice over the years. Recalling one of them, Costabile claimed that Baldi told him to always be ready to grab his luck if it happened to him.
