One saw a dog that had been malnourished for five years and lived in terrible conditions. The poor dog is not getting enough food.
The dog looked miserable and weak. You can see his bones. The owner calls it “Bad Dog”.
The rescue team received a call about this dog that has been chained for 5 years. The rescue team contacted the owner to inquire about the dog.
The owner said that the dog is not allowed near children and has never been with the dog. Rescuers took the dog to an animal shelter.
He has very little weight. He weighs 38 pounds. He was in bad shape. He was injured from being in the mud and in the rain for 5 years.
Here the dog will be cared for and loved. Hopefully he will gain weight and feel better soon. The dog was named Phoenix by the rescue team.
