Adam Driver shares some new details about his baby girl.
In Wednesday’s episode Live with Kelly & Markthe Ferrari The 40-year-old actor opened up about welcoming his second baby, a daughter, with wife Joanna Tucker, revealing that life with a newborn can be challenging at times.
After co-host Kelly Ripa, 53, asked Driver about his daughter, he said, “She’s 8 months old.”
“How nice! That must have been Santa’s wish, I suppose.” Ripa said.
“Yeah, yeah. I have an older son who’s 6 and she’s 8 months now and you kind of forget how much babies suck,” laughed Driver.

Ripa’s co-host Mark Consuelos, 52, went on to ask if the actor had slept since welcoming the newborn.
“Not much, not much, not much,” Driver said. “But I remember that this time I have to enjoy it more. This first time, it went too fast and I was so impatient for her to develop so that she could communicate and tell me what’s wrong. And now I’m more patient with her alone. I’m trying to enjoy it more. ”
The star added that he is luckier this time because his daughter “loves me more”, while with his son “he didn’t want anything to do with me for the first three years”.

Earlier this month, PEOPLE confirmed that the actor welcomed his daughter. According to Page sixwho first reported the news, Driver announced the arrival of his baby girl during a dress rehearsal for his host position at Saturday night live.
“Last year I asked for a little girl and I got her, which is exhausting,” the star reportedly said while rehearsing his opening monologue. “So this year I want an Ambien!”
This wasn’t the first time Driver announced big news during a comedy sketch.
After offering some advice, Driver finally addressed his father’s status in his opening monologue during his Saturday night live hosting in 2020, telling the crowd: “I’m a husband. And a father. It’s in that order though. I’ve been very clear with my son about that, he’s second in everything.”
