Adrien Brody had a lot to say at the Oscars of 2025!
Actor, 51, took home a victory for the best actor for Brutalist At the awards 97 academies on Sunday, March 2, where he was entertained by himself because of a long talk of acceptance. As he started, he joked, “You are already counting me down,” before he continued to look for more time on stage.
“I am wrapped up, please, please. I wrap myself up. I’ll finish. Please. Exclude music, “he said.” I did that before. Thanks. That’s not my first born, but I will – I’ll be short. I won’t be awful. I promise. ”
Brody’s girlfriend, Georgina Chapman, even arrived from the audience to thank her mom in the middle of her pleas to stay on stage, and he took into account.
“I have to thank my mom and Dad who are here as well,” he said. “They have just created such a powerful foundation of respect and kindness and wonderful spirit, and gave me the strength to accomplish this dream.”

Then he turned to the importance of the film. “I am here once again to represent the lasting traumas and the consequences of war and systematic oppression of both anti -Semitism and racism and others, and I believe and pray for a healthier and happier and more involuntary world. And I believe that if the past can teach us anything, the reminder is that I do not let hatred unverified.”
As the music that started his exit from the stage turned on for the second time, he abolished, “Okay, I’ll get out of here!”

Earlier in speech, Brody also shouted sweetly Chapman and her two children.
“I share this with my incredible partner, who not only strengthened his own value again, but also my sense of value and my values and her beautiful children, dash and India,” he pushed. “I know this was a crook, but thank you for accepting me into your life and Popsie’s arrival home.”

He continued to recognize those who worked with him on film and everyone who showed a “huge pouring of love” from the Academy.
“I feel so happy,” Brody explained. “You know, acting is a very fragile profession. It looks very glamorous, and in certain moments it is. But the only thing I gained, have a privilege to come back here, is to have a perspective. And no matter where you are in your career, no matter what you have achieved, everything can disappear.”
He continued: “And I think what makes this night with the best of the awareness of this and gratitude that I still have to do the job I love. Winning a reward like this signifies a destination and something my character mentions in the movie, but it is also out of the peak of my career. The opportunity is to start over, and I hope to have luck for that for the next 20 years of my life that I can prove that I am worthy and important. ”

Brody was the only actor nominated in this category with the previous winner of Oscar in his own name, he went against Timothée Chalamet for Completely unknownColman Domingo for SingRalph Fiennes for Conclave and Sebastian apartment for Trainee.
He previously dominated the awards season with winnings at Golden Globes, awards for criticism of Choice, British Academy Film Awards and more for his leading work Brutalist. The historical drama, which Brady Corbet was directed and written by Brody as a Hungarian immigrant and an architect that runs to the US after the Holocaust.
