In 2007, Aiden played for the Northern U13 Standard Bank team. He never played for U17 or U19 (Coca-Cola Week or Cubs Week). After excelling at Pretoria Boys’ High School in 2012, Aiden joined the Tuks Cricket Academy in 2013 and was given the opportunity to captain the Tuks 2 Premiership team.
Domestic/Franchise Cricket
Aiden Markram made his debut for Northern Cricket Team on 9 October 2014 against South West Zone and was subsequently included in Northern Cricket Team’s squad for the 2015 Africa T20 Cup. line-up. In the 2016 Bolton Wanderers Cricket League, Markram was a professional player for Walkden Club.
In 2018, he represented Paler Rocks in the first Mzansi Premier League T20 Championship. In 2019, Markram was an overseas player for the first phase of the Hampshire Cricket Club season. Markram helped lead the Titans to a 127-point victory in the 2018-19 Momentum One-Day Cup final. He represented Paler Rocks in the 2019 Mzansi Premier League.
