In October 2023, he rejoined Vedanta Ltd in Mumbai, Maharashtra as Chief Financial Officer. He is helping the company demerge the metals company into six listed companies namely Vedanta Aluminum, Vedanta Oil and Gas, Vedanta Power, Vedanta Steel and Ferrous Materials, Vedanta Basic Metals and VEDANTA LIMITED.
