Alison Hammond warned This Morning co-star Dermot O’Leary to “be careful” of her at the start of the show Wednesday after it was revealed she had been traumatized.
After the show opened, Alison told viewers she injured her thumb during a recent photo session and put her hand up for the camera to show off her swollen finger. Watch the moment in the video below.

At the beginning of the show, Alison raised his right hand in greeting to Dermot before asking him: “Did you notice how I could have just slapped you? [hand]? I injured my thumb.
– I was taking pictures, I won’t tell you why, but I had to stay still for three hours, believe it or not, and I broke my thumb.

Raising her hand to let the camera zoom in on her thumb, she continued: “I don’t think you can tell, but this thumb sucks and it’s really swollen.
“Be gentle with me today, take it easy,” she told her co-star, who joked, “You have to suffer for your art. If you’re going to do a Playboy central scene, then you have to reveal all of this,” causing Alison to chuckle.

Placing his finger on her thumb, Dermot asked, “Does it hurt?” Alison replied, “You keep touching it like that, it hurts.”

Alison’s injury comes just days after she denied rumors of her “strained relationship” with Dermot.
Before Oldest brother The star commented on Dermot’s Instagram post, confirming that the fan-favorite duo will be replaced by Holly Willoughby this week.
Sharing a snap of the couple sitting side by side on the iconic blue sofa, Dermot captioned it: “Summer is here! Looking forward to this week with my @alisonhammond55 – starting at 10am!”

Alison took to the comments section to refute any rumors of their off-screen relationship, writing, “Let’s cut the tension with a knife,” along with a smiling emoji.
The announcement comes after an article published by the Mail on Sunday said the relationship between the two Friday hosts had become “increasingly strained” in recent weeks and ITV bosses were worried. afraid that the stars may have to perform separately more often.

This is not the first time Alison has denied reports that she and Dermot are at odds. In October last year, Alison denied reports of feuds between ITV stars while appearing on GKBarry’s Saving Grace’s podcast.
