The TikTok star, 22, posted a photo on Instagram on Friday of a passionate kiss with an NFL player for his 28th birthday.

In the social media snap, which appeared to mark the pair becoming Instagram official after months of speculation about their relationship status, Earle kept her arms wrapped around Berrios as the pair kissed while carrying her.

Earle wore a tan and white bikini, while Berrios wore printed swim trunks. The couple was surrounded by water in front of the sunset skyline.

“Hbd nfl man 🥳,” Earle wrote in her caption, while Berrios responded in the comments section, “Big fan of this.”

Earle has called Berrios “the NFL man” several times in her TikTok videos, as she’s been posting favorite clips of them together in recent weeks.

The steamy photo of the pair comes after they made their red carpet debut together at the 2023 ESPY Awards in July — though a source shared with PEOPLE shortly after that the pair are “not exclusive” and are “keeping it casual.”

A representative for both Earle and Berrios did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on their relationship status.

Speculation about Earle and Berrios’ relationship began in March after Earle shared in a video that she was getting ready for a sushi dinner. In the weeks that followed, she dropped plenty of hints about her mystery man without revealing his identity – although fans soon figured out who he was.

Berrios’ ex, Sofia Culpo, indirectly confirmed her breakup with him on social media at the time, leading to renewed speculation about the couple’s relationship.

Later in June, Earle posted a video on TikTok of her on a “fun date” cooking dinner at home with Berrios. In the same month, The Culpo Sisters The 26-year-old star accused Berrios of “love bombing” in a caption on TikTok. Then there were rumors of cheating, which Berrios denied.

Last month, Earle — who is known for her “Get Ready With Me” (GRWM) videos on TikTok — shared “GRWM” videos of her attending Berrios’ Miami Dolphins game against the Denver Broncos at Hard Rock Stadium.

“The NFL guy got me and, like, seven of my friends tickets,” Earle said in the video while putting on makeup.

The social media star also revealed to fans in the clips that she met Berrios’ mom and family for the first time over the weekend. “I also met an NFL player’s mom for the first time yesterday,” Earle said. “Leave it to me to embarrass myself.”

She detailed that she “shoved” food in her mouth after Berrios’ mom encouraged her to eat, and when she “laughed,” she said she spat “the ham out of her mouth across the room.”

“I tried to laugh it off, but I really wanted to shoot myself,” Earle said.
