All About Vittoria Ceretti, the Italian Model Dating Leonardo DiCaprio

Leonardo DiCaprio and Italian model Vittoria Ceretti are still going strong.

The Revenant star was first linked to Ceretti in August 2023. In the photos he obtained Page sixthe couple was seen strolling in Santa Barbara, California while enjoying iced coffee and ice cream cones.

“She’s very sweet and sweet and charming. Leo seems to really like her,” a source told PEOPLE in April 2024 of DiCaprio and Ceretta’s budding romance.

The actor was previously linked to model Gigi Hadid, who is reportedly a friend of Ceretti. The two models have known each other for years and have worked together on a number of projects. They were even photographed hugging backstage at the 2021 Met Gala.

In addition to her collaboration with Hadid, Ceretti has graced the covers of numerous international magazines and appeared in advertising campaigns for prestigious brands such as Prada, Bulgari and Gucci.

Ceretti was born on June 7, 1998 and grew up in the small town of Brescia, just 90 minutes outside of Milan.

She is a model

At the age of 14, Ceretti debuted as a model at Elite Model Look, one of the most prestigious international modeling competitions in the world. She was chosen as a finalist and signed a contract with the agency. Since then, Ceretti’s career has seen continuous success.

She walked for Versace Dior, Celine and Louis Vuitton and led beauty and fashion advertising campaigns for Tory Burch, Dolce & Gabbana, Bulgari and Prada. However, one of the early moments that really cemented her career was her first cosmetics contract with Chanel.

“Then I thought, ‘What happened? How did I get here?” Ceretti recalled during an interview with Vogue.

Another milestone? Her first American Vogue cover. “As an 18-year-old, they’re asking me to be on that cover? I mean, it still shocks me to think about it,” she added.

In addition to Elite Model Management, Ceretti represents The Society Management in New York.

Ceretti reportedly spent time with The Wolf of Wall Street actor since August 2023. In the video he received Page six, the couple could be seen dancing with each other at a nightclub in Ibiza. Elsewhere in the video, the two are seen kissing. Previously in August, the outlet reported that the rumored couple was seen grabbing iced coffee and ice cream while visiting Santa Barbara.

In August 2024, Ceretti and DiCaprio were photographed together in Italy on vacation, where they were joined by some of the actor’s famous friends, including Tobey Maguire. While swimming in Sardinia, DiCaprio appeared to be stung by a jellyfish, and in photos, Ceretti appeared to come to his aid along with one of their yacht’s crew.

She got married in 2020

Ceretti married Italian DJ Matteo Milleri on January 6, 2020. According to Grace magazine, the couple got married in a beautiful ceremony in Ibiza overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The bride wore a flowing Jacquemus A-line dress which she paired with a tulle veil and white heels.

“01.06.2020,” Ceretti wrote on Instagram under a carousel of wedding photos. She ended the post with a white heart and “from today on.”

But in late 2022, Ceretti stopped sharing Milleri’s photos on social media.

She didn’t always want to be a model

Ceretti may look natural on the runway, but for a long time she wasn’t sure if modeling was something she wanted to pursue long-term. “I didn’t always want to be a model, but when I started, I realized how much I love it,” she said Vogueafter her first cover shoot for Vogue Italy.

Besides beauty and fashion, Ceretti said one of the best perks of her job is being able to fly all over the world.

“With this job, I was able to see cities like New York and even move here, which I never imagined. Meeting new, creative people almost every day is also a nice bonus—so many people in fashion have a wealth of knowledge and ideas that I couldn’t absorb anywhere else,” she explained.

She worked closely with Karl Lagerfeld

During her career, Ceretti developed a strong collaboration with German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, who passed away in 2019. In his honor, the 2023 Met Gala was titled “Karl Lagerfeld: The Line of Beauty,” and Ceretti was in attendance. Before walking the red carpet, she wrote a heartfelt tribute to Lagerfeld on Instagram, writing how “grateful” she was to have known him in person.

“Dear Karl,” she began. “I’ve spent the last 4 years thinking about you almost every day. I remember the sound of your voice as if you were speaking to me yesterday or the way you said my name with your French accent. The feel of your leather gloves as you proudly hold my hand, looking at the computer screen to see the pictures we just took together.”

She concluded: “You have given me so much. I will be forever grateful!”
