It will be interesting to see what role Darnell plays when he finally returns. He received an offer from UCLA to play college football there, but that was before he lost his start job in senior year and missed most of Crenshaw’s season. However, there is a chance he could play at another school near where his mother is recovering. It is possible that Darnell even formed the All-American team like Spencer and Jordan Baker.
