Amado Diallo injury update
Amad’s departure from the MetLife Stadium was on crutches, having sprained his ankle during Manchester United’s friendly win against Arsenal. During the match, Amad was introduced as a substitute at half-time when United were already leading 2-0.
Unfortunately, only about 10 minutes after his appearance, he suffered an injury and was clutching his ankle in pain. Despite there being no opponents in the immediate vicinity, he struggled to move around the pitch and needed help from two of United’s doctors. Facundo Pellistri replaced him after 59 minutes.
Seeking medical attention, Amad was taken to a nearby room at MetLife Stadium, where his ankle received the necessary treatment. Later he came out on crutches and bandaged his injured ankle.
