Before the exciting moment, the group from Tanzania talked about how the competition would change not only their lives, but also the lives of their families. They also touched on their intense training process and how they experience “a lot of fall” before perfecting their routine.
They then took to the stage, performing a rousing number that had everyone on the edge of their seats.
When they finished, Simon Cowell stood up with two thumbs up, calling them “one of the hardest, most dangerous acts we’ve seen live”.
“It seemed to me as if you had arrived,” he declared. “I have so much respect for all of you for what you’ve done… I have a feeling it’s going to be a great, great night for you.”
Howie Mandel agreed, noting that “I don’t think people realize how amazing it is…you went above and beyond!”
Heidi Klum also added that the group “had my attention from start to finish.”
“What you’re doing is death defying. On top of what you’re doing, you’re doing it on skateboards, you’re amazing!” she added.

After the end of the quarter-finals, 12 performers go to the semi-finals, where they will compete for the first six places based on the votes of the viewers. Those six acts will then join the four Live Show Golden Buzzers in the two-night finale, which begins on Tuesday, September 17 and ends on Tuesday, September 24.
