Andre Dwayne Russell is a Jamaican cricketer who plays for the West Indies. He is considered one of the most powerful batsmen in cricket. He is an all-rounder who plays in the middle order for the West Indies. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm fast bowler.

Andre Russell was born on April 29, 1988 in Kingston, Jamaica (age 2019: 31 years). He was born into a poor family and his mother wanted him to further his education, but he asked for two years to try cricket and succeeded in the game.

- In the 2018 Caribbean Premier League against Trinbago Knight Riders, he scored a century in just 40 balls, hitting 6 fours and 13 sixes. In the same game, he scored a hat-trick. Thus, he became the second cricketer after Joe Denly to score a century and take a hat-trick in the same match.
