Andrew Scott Zimmern was born on July 4, 1961, making him the youngest of the Zimmern brothers. In the United States, he was born in New York. He is now 62 years old and a citizen of the United States of America. Likewise, he is a devout Christian born under the zodiac sign of Cancer.

He was born to Robert Zimmern, his father, and Caren Zimmern, his mother, through their marriage. He was raised in a Jewish family. His fathers took him to James Beard’s Christmas and Sunday open houses as a boy, where Beard’s generosity inspired him.

It took home two trophies: one for Best Television Program: Food and the other for Best Online Extras.

The Bizarre Foods spin-off Andrew Zimmern’s Bizarre World premiered in 2009. The pilot and nine episodes were produced in eight countries and two states.
