Angel Reese is single — and ready to focus on March Madness!
On Instagram Live on Tuesday, the 21-year-old LSU star shared with fans that she is no longer dating Cam’Ron Fletcher, the Florida State basketball player she has been linked to since last summer.
“Yeah, I’m alone,” Reese told her followers. “I don’t have a man. Don’t tie me to any man. That’s all I’m going to say. That’s it.”
Reese, who deleted Fletcher, 21, from her Instagram account also appeared to explain why the two split.

“I’m doing what’s best for me, that’s it,” she said. “I’m the doorknob! Let’s not get tangled up.”
Reese’s third-ranked LSU Tigers face No. 14 Rice on Friday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in an attempt to repeat as national champions.

Two months after LSU won the title last year, Reese confirmed that she and the former Kentucky player were an item.
“Cam’Ron is my boyfriend,” she said at the time. “We both play the same sport so we understand each other’s schedule,” she said. “I think that helps too.”
Shaquille O’Neal accompanies Angel Reese and her mom to LSU’s prom day: ‘Bayou Barbie is my favorite prom’
Later that month, the couple vacationed in Jamaica, posting photos against the picturesque backdrop and posing in Balenciaga’s pool.
“Bad gyal w/ her bad boy,” Reese wrote in one caption.
Earlier this month, NIL from Skorojevic welcomed a new man to her side, if only to accompany her on the Day of the Elderly.

Shaquille O’Neal escorted Reese and her mother, also named Angel, from the locker room to the field at his alma mater LSU, where Reese was honored.
Reese’s mother and O’Neal wore custom-made shirts with cartoons of the LSU star on the front. The back of the shirts read, “Bayou Barbie is My Favorite Senior,” referring to Reese’s well-known nickname.
O’Neal is a big supporter of Reese, and he told PEOPLE earlier this week that he only pays attention to NCAA women’s basketball these days.
“I hate to say it, but female players kick men’s asses. You’ve got my Angel Reese. You’ve got all the South Carolina girls. You’ve got JuJu Watkins, you’ve got Caitlin Clark.”
O’Neal explained, “It’s just a better game, just more competitive.”
