- In 2018, her company, Skrite Labs, added a new feature to their app that allows users to virtually teleport around the world. According to the developers, AR content can be sent directly from an iPhone or iPad. In an interview, she spoke about this and said:
If a user makes a Skrite above the Statue of Liberty, their followers or friends will be notified. - In 2021, she opened Kunafa World Cafe in Bandra, Mumbai. Previously, the restaurant had a branch in Bengaluru. The cafe sells Kunafa, a Middle Eastern dessert made from fine semolina dough soaked in the sweetness of sugar and saffron syrup and topped with cream, cheese and nuts. According to her, she installed a “rotating burner” for cooking Kunafa in front of her customers because she wanted her customers to experience something new and innovative. The burners are made by her own restaurant, Kunafa World, the first cafe in India to showcase this unique technology. In the interview, she further added,
My main aim in bringing World of Kunafa to Mumbai is to expose my city to another esoteric wonder of the world. “
