Ashwin Kaushal Bharti was born on February 22 in Mumbai. Ashwin was educated at Jamnabainasi School (Mumbai) and furthered his education at Mithibai College, Mumbai. Ashwin failed five or six times while in school, which led his father to withdraw his name from the school. Later, he was home-schooled by a private tutor and took the 10th standard exam; however, he failed the exam. According to Ashwin, when he failed his high school exams, his father told him to make money and he did odd jobs like selling clothes and ghee.
