I played Anjali in Taarak Mehta for 12 years before quitting it in 2020. Money for the final six months is to be determined. After I quit the show, I called them several times to inquire about my pending dues. I don’t like complaining…hopefully there will be a solution soon and I will get my hard earned money. “
Later, an official from Asit’s team said in an interview that Asit was upset by Neha’s remarks and said that Neha left the show without informing them and stopped returning their calls. . There is nothing to say that has not been said before. Shailesh Lodha is like a family. When he left, we respected that. We requested multiple times via email and phone calls that he come to the office to sign all the required documents and write down the remaining numbers. We have never denied or refused to pay him. At every company, when an employee leaves their job, they must sign complete final documents before the full payment can be released. where is the problem? Rather than complaining everywhere, wouldn’t it be better to follow formal procedures? We will not pursue any case because we did not deny him payment. We have informed Mr. (Lodha) to collect his dues and sign the required documents. “
Later, Asit said in an interview that he never refused to clear Loda’s payment. Asit said he was unhappy with Shailesh targeting him with couplets and poems at various events.
