Asmongold is an American Twitch streamer and YouTuber known for playing the online role-playing game World of Warcraft. He is the co-founder of One True King, a group of streamers and online content creators.

Zack, also known as Asmongold, was born in Austin, Texas in 1991 (30 years old in 2021). After completing his studies, Zack attended a business school and obtained a bachelor’s degree in business. After completing his first degree, he decided to pursue another business degree and then continued his law degree; however, in 2018, he decided to start streaming and making videos about World of Warcraft.

While pursuing a business degree, Zach began working for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Later, he joined Sam’s Club, a membership-based warehouse store chain owned by Walmart, as a cafe assistant. After a week on the job, he decided to quit and no longer go to Sam’s Club. After that, he attended business school for a while and then started his own YouTube channel. Soon, he began to produce content for his Twitch channel and amassed a community of 2 million subscribers. In October 2020, he co-founded the content creation organization One True King with Mizkif, who is also a streamer and friend.

- As a kid, Zach was a prankster in school and he would often play pranks on his classmates. He once played a prank on his classmates by turning off their computers in the computer lab. However, his classmates discovered the prank and they started doing the same thing to Zach and his friends.
- In a live broadcast, Asmongold talked about his work and college life. He also mentioned that for every job he applied for, he lied on his resume in order to get the job.
