Artur Kasbekar

Atul Arun Kasbekar is an Indian fashion photographer, entrepreneur and Bollywood filmmaker best known for his Kingfisher calendar shoots.

Atul Kasbekar was born on Thursday, April 22, 1965, in Mumbai (56 years old; as of 2022). His zodiac sign is Taurus. He attended Campion School, Bombay. He went on to graduate from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. He then joined UDCT (now Institute of Chemical Technology) in Mumbai to study chemical engineering but dropped out after the first year as he wanted to pursue a career in photography. He attended Brooks College in Santa Barbara, California, where he took photography classes. He later trained in photography for a year in Los Angeles, working with photographers such as Dennis Gray, Ron Slenzak, James B Wood, Jay Silverman, Jay P Morgan, Bill Werts and David Le Bon.

In 1990, Atul Kasbekar returned to India from the United States. In 1991, he founded his own photography studio, Negative Space. He has collaborated with celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Lisa Haydon, Deepika Padukone, Nargis Fakhri, Esha Gupta and Shobita Dhulipal among many others for the Kingfisher Calendar. He shot ten films in Mauritius (2003), Thailand (2004), South Africa (2005), Australia (2006), France – French Riviera (2007), India – Goa, Andaman, etc. Multiple versions of the Kingfisher Calendar. On May 29, 2007, Atul launched Bling Entertainment Solutions Private Limited, a celebrity management company, working with leading international and domestic brands like PepsiCo, Nestlé, HUL, ITC, Airtel, Kingfisher, Samsung, Procter & Gamble, Sony, Swarovski, etc. .
