Dixon expressed his excitement for the opportunity, stating that he connected with Dave Koza via Instagram. Being a big fan of the Goats for a long time, Dixon found this call and trip “over the moon.” This announcement marks his first official trip outside the country, a significant milestone for the young saxophonist.
Dave Koz’s May tour dates were already sold out at the time of Dixon’s announcement. However, Dixon will perform in both Morocco and Portugal on those dates. This is a wonderful opportunity for him, because the halls will be filled with enthusiastic crowds.
In addition to the Sea Cruise tour, Dixon has been busy booking several concerts with the help of his mom, Lisa, who is also his manager. Despite having shows lined up, Dixon remains open to more offers and hopes to fill his calendar with more shows in the coming months.
