Ogarro was previously arrested for “pranks” targeting Orthodox Jews in London, in which he approached a young man at a bus stop, put his hands on the victim’s shoulders and tried to submerge him. In the video, Mr. Ogarro saw a stunning young family, whose mother was in the front yard cleaning up and left the front door unlocked. The video began with Ogarro and two friends saying let’s go into random houses. He then entered the house, catching the eye of a woman on the front lawn, before brazenly walking down the hall while listening to small children. Another video posted to his TikTok account shows him approaching an elderly woman on a park bench, grabbing her dog, and running away. A third video showed him approaching random young women at Stoke Newington tube station and asking if they wanted to die. Other images showed him harassing women in Elizabeth’s line; sitting on the lap of two strangers while hanging out on a park bench; go into the library and destroy books; and getting in the back of strangers’ cars.
Conservative MP Susan Hall also weighed in, calling for the intervention of the weather police. The Internet Safety Bill is currently in the House of Lords and is likely to become law before the next general election. TikTok said they deleted the user’s account last week, however Mr. Ogarro created a new profile and quickly started uploading it. That account has now been removed as well.
