Becca Kufrin and her husband Thomas Jacobs are the new owners of the house!
The Bachelor in Paradise students announced in an Instagram post on Sunday, May 19, that they bought a new house in San Diego, California.
“It’s always been a dream of mine to raise a family in an original craftsman’s house. I pinched myself that we could do just that 🥰,” Jacobs (31) wrote in the caption.
“Home sweet home,” he added.
The post features a photo of the couple sitting on the brick porch of their new home, holding their infant son, Benson, as a “SOLD” sign sits in front of them. In a video shot by Jacobs, the young family is seen walking into their new home, with Kufrin, 34, jumping his son up and down as they enter the empty living room, shouting, “Home, sweet home!”
Kufrin and Jacobs, contestants on Katie Thurston’s season bachelor, I met for the first time in season 7 Bachelor in Paradise. They broke up in the emotional finale of the season, but reconciled after filming, Kufrin confirmed on Instagram after the episode aired.
Kufrin then proposed to Jacobs in May 2022, announcing in an Instagram post: “In the final twist… HE SAID YES!”
“We’ve kept this secret just between us and close family and friends for a long time, but we’re so excited to shout it from the rooftops!” she wrote then.

Just five months later, Jacobs officially proposed to Kufrin, with the former’s 14th season Bachelor host told PEOPLE at the time, “We’re so excited! It’s time we can finally start planning the wedding.”
“The thought, care and excitement he put behind his proposal meant everything to me. He spent weeks preparing to get it ready,” she said. “[Apparently] he took a photo of the ring with me in the background and was able to show it to most of our friends and family sooner so most felt included.”

“It was so sweet to see him in that moment. But I never thought he’d actually propose after I’d just finished poking a pumpkin and had pumpkin guts under my fingernails!” Kufrin joked.

Then in September 2023, the couple announced in a joint Instagram post that they had a baby boy and shared the first few photos of their newborn son.

In their caption, the couple revealed their son’s name and shared where their inspiration for him came from.

“Benson Lee Jacobs Kufrin opened our hearts wide on September 21, 2023,” they wrote at the time. “No amount of words can describe the amount of love and awe we have for this tiny human.”
“We are forever changed with this bounty and can’t believe we are the parents of this gift,” they continued. “Benson, Benny for short, loves the town where my father was born and raised. Lee is Thomas’ father who sacrifices so much for this country and others.”
The couple married in October 2023 in a courthouse ceremony attended by their then young son.
“10/13/23 | Mr. Mrs.,” they captioned a carousel of Instagram photos, showing off Kufrin’s casual white dress, Jacobs’ tan suit, and their son’s stroller.
