The “passengers” lined Balalava were charged with terrorizing the city by breaking the gardens, placing cars on fire and raising to stores.
About 300 people attended a public meeting last night to complain about the inactivity of the police after the weekend “shocking” criminal activity left them “terrified”, in which a group of men allegedly threatened firefighters.

It is said that a convoy of up to 30 cars carrying dozens of men, one with an ax handle, turned out to Cambridgeshire FENS on Saturday, breaking the fields of farmers, destroying crops, accelerating the villages and intimidating the locals, who remained “traumatized”.
The men also damaged firefighting energy and attacked the fire team, who participated in training in Chatteris – with police Cambridgeshire “ignoring” all 999 calls.
Farmers and residents have given painful stories at a meeting at British Legion Club Mane, who called MP Steve Barclay and Councilor of Maneo Charlie Marks.
He was attended by Cambridgeshire’s chief police officer Nick Dean, who heard of dozens of inhabitants, who said they remained unprotected despite the fact that they had sent 999 calls to help.
One resident told the police that they should improve their answer in the future, warning: “You are wrong and you will have another Tony Martin on his hands.”
Martin was a farmer from Norfolk, England, who in August 1999 shot a burglary in his home.
Matthew farmer, from Sutton Gault, Chatteris, said he was forced to have a barricade and his young family in their home after more than 70 masked men broke through the door and moved concrete blocks to approach his country.
He said they had suffered three and a half hours from Mayhem on Earth around their house while making numerous calls to the police.
He added: “We had at least 70 people literally to take over our farm from 1.30pm to 4pm. It was 13 4x4s.
“I called the police three times, I gave the What3words coordinates exactly where they were, but we had no answer – absolutely zero.
“My seven -year -old daughter was crying and she was extremely terrified.”
Another woman said she called 999 while a plundered gas station in Witcham Toll, but she was told to call 101 because it was not urgent.
Leo Butler, from Chatteris, said he had never seen anything similar and added: “What I would like to know is where the police were – there were no helicopters or police cars, no police officer – nothing.
“If the police will not face these people to come.”
Robert Sears, a former conservative councilor, added “Nowhere in the world I saw iniquity,” after being faced by 25 mud 4×4, which was driving towards him.
Marks councilors, who witnessed some crime crime in Manei, said it was pure luck that no one was killed or seriously injured.
“We could have regretted a member of our village today,” he said.
The law without a law began at Wimblington and then the cars were staring around the facilities, and the vehicles mounted the sidewalks and accelerated to more than 60mph in the 30mph zones.
Chief police officer Dean said at a meeting that he had gone with his “bowel sense” for the allocation of additional resources and commented that “I may have made a mistake back.”
A spokesman for the Cambridgeshire police said: “We are appealing to information, Dashcam shots or CCTV after a series of incidents of rabbit collection, yesterday caused a damage of thousands of pounds on crops, as well as bringing life to a dangerous ride risk.
“Up to 25 vehicles were seen, and in a convoy, in various parts of the county, they were Fordham, Ely, Pricdwillow, Littleport, Welney, Chatteris, Mane, Wimblington and Doddington.
“We understand the influence that has had this on the community and explore.”
