He is famous for his renditions of ancient Punjabi folk songs. He has lent his voice to many songs, including “Saint Soldier”, “Mirza”, “Challa” and “Arjan Valley”.

The incident led to online trolling of Bhupinder as the video went viral the next day, with netizens claiming that Bhupinder had simply lip-synced to the pre-recorded audio. According to reports, in the video, it can be clearly seen that the recorded track suddenly stopped and despite the host’s best efforts to turn the situation around, Bupinder remained stuck on the stage.
