Big Brother house on lockdown after brutal fight night – with five stars barricaded in the bedroom

BIG Brother bosses were forced to secretly close the house amid an explosive night of fighting.

Tensions flared in the TV spy house after a series of high-octane twists and turns in the format, including a surprise midweek eviction, public nominations and tricky challenges that saw housemates fall into two fiercely rival camps.

Viewers will watch the intense action tonight as it airs in an edited episode of ITV, but The Sun can reveal the actions that terrified bosses have been taking behind the scenes.

Concerned executives forced the two groups to split up and lock one half in a bedroom to keep the fiery Paul, who was behind the outburst, and Trish away from each other.

Big Brother had security on standby as they tried to defuse the situation in case the fight turned physical.

After leaving the housemates in jail for more than an hour, the officers managed to calm down the furious Paul.

A source said: “Everyone is talking about Fight Night 2004, but no one expected this year’s refined cohort to be contenders for Fight Night 2.0.

“Big Brother acted quickly to stop things getting physical and separated the rival groups, locking one half in a bedroom.

“Security was on standby, but luckily the lock and key was enough to prevent things from getting physical.

“It’s fair to say that tensions in that house have reached a fever pitch.”

The drama started when Yinrun was rewarded for completing a secret mission with a drinking party to which she invited Chanelle, Jenkin, Tom, Trish, Dylan and Noky.

Displeased that they weren’t invited, Olivia and Paul stayed to watch the party from the upper seating area with Matty, Henry and Jordan.

Paul, who was exposed by The Sun for posting X-marked photos online, let it rip and started shouting before heading downstairs to cause a ruckus.

He said: “Your little douche party, I’m sick of it,” as he held two cocktails over the sink, threatening to pour them down the drain.

He then turned to Miss Universe GB winner Noky and spat, “What are you staring at?”

Trish then came to Noky’s defense and said, “You’re a bully.”

An argument broke out as the pair threw insults back and forth.

Viewers had no idea the feud was underway as its genesis was accidentally featured on the show’s live stream – and broadcast to millions on Big Brother spin-off show Late and Live.

Executives grappled with the disruption of the stream and canceled the planned camera shoot.

ITV was forced to put a warning on last night’s 75-minute episode, warning viewers that it would contain such strong language and aggression.

The warning was said to have read: “It’s getting hot in the Big Brother House tonight. With sharp language and some nudity.”

The latest figures show that just under 4 million viewers are now watching the Big Brother reboot on their TVs and later via streaming.
