In the image, auburn-haired Tabitha is seen posing alongside two pals at a Beyonce-themed event at the De Helling nightclub in Utrecht, Netherlands.
At first glance it just looks like a group of mates posing for a happy dance floor picture.
But look a little closer and it appears Tabitha has an extraordinarily long right arm that stretches out across her friends.
The optical illusion has left social media users confused as they try to work out the real owner of the stray hand.
Sharing the photograph online, Eleanor wrote: “My sister’s arm in this club photo looks about 6ft long I’m crying.”
It has since been liked more than 600 times and retweeted by 100 people.

“I can’t trace who owns the hand,” moaned one Twitter user, while another added: “This is brilliant… 20 minutes later and I’m still confused.”
“F***ing hell that took me years to see,” wrote one baffled onlooker.
Eleanor told The Sun Online that she was stunned the image has attracted so much attention.
“I thought people might find it funny at first glance but I was not expecting this!” she said.

Tabitha actually has her arm around the back of her male friend, meaning her hand is out of sight.
The hand on the left-hand side of the image belongs to the brunette girl on the other side of the young man.
The unusual angle of her arm and the fact that all three friends are wearing black has caused the optical illusion.
But this isn’t the first optical illusion to sweep the web.
Amateur photographer Adam Newport captured a venomous spider hiding in the grass – but can you spot it?
Last week, a similar photo was doing the rounds – with a sneaky poisonous snake hiding amongst a pile of leaves.
