Blake Lively Reveals She Still Has the ‘First and Only’ Signed Poster She Hung on Her Bedroom Wall as a Teen

Blake Lively has always been a big fan of filmmaker Baz Luhrmann.

Lively shared a series of photos showing the stunning Tamara Ralph diamond necklace she wore paired with a voluminous, tangerine-orange silk taffeta cape at the LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday. The star-studded event paid tribute to Luhrmann and artist Simone Leigh.

The actress captioned the post, “@bazluhrmann was the first and only signed poster I was lucky enough to have on my wall when I was a teenager. It’s still on my wall today. Knowing him will always be surreal.”

Lively also posted a picture of herself photographing a robed Luhrmann while barefoot in a minidress, as well as some additional photos showing the Australian director posing in the dark next to an illuminated palm tree.

Among the many shots, Lively embraced Luhrmann as the pair posed with their backs to the camera. They also posed for a selfie.

Lively added in her caption, referring to their little photoshoot: “He’s even more mischievous and magical in real life. He’s going to grab your hand and run away from the gala with you for an impromptu photo shoot because he’s inspired by everything, your cape and a palm tree is all he needs to see the excitement.”
