Blake Shelton, Kelsea Ballerini and Kane Brown to Perform at the Inaugural People’s Choice Country Awards

The People’s Choice Country Awards will be jam-packed with performances from your favorite country stars!

On Thursday, NBC and the Peacock announced a star-studded lineup for the upcoming awards show, which will air live from the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville.

Blake Shelton, Carly Pearce, Dan + Shay and HARDY will take the stage to perform some of their biggest hits during the show.

Jelly Roll, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town, Toby Keith and Wynonna Judd will also perform.

Nominees for the awards – which are an offshoot of the People’s Choice Awards – were announced in August. There are a total of 12 award categories.

Country superstars Lainey Wilson, Luke Combs and Morgan Wallen dominate the categories. Brown and Jelly Roll also have a significant number of nods with six each.

Up for the night’s top award, People’s Artist 2023, are Shelton, Brown, Ballerini, Wilson, Combs, Wallen, Old Dominion and Zach Bryan.

Several honorary awards will be presented during the evening, including the Icon of Country Music Award, which will be presented to Keith by Shelton. More honorary award winners, performers and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks.

The inaugural awards shows – hosted by Little Big Town – will air live Thursday, September 28 on NBC and Peacock at 8:00 PM ET.
