Channel 5’s new horror series, Blind Spot, premieres this week and leaves viewers feeling very different.
The four films mark Ross Kemp’s return to acting after 15 years and playing the first. EastEnders he plays police detective Tony.

Taking to Twitter, some viewers expressed disappointment with the highly anticipated film and complained about the strength of the script.
One person wrote: “This script has too many holes #blindspot”, while another added: “When the script, story and acting of a crime drama are so bad it is really funny. !”

Pointing out the plot hole, another viewer tweeted: “Freedom murder suspect, wearing a special mask but walking on the street and no one is watching. I hope Crimewatch doesn’t rely on calls” , while another wrote: “I’m very disappointed. It’s badly written. It could be so much better.”

However, not all viewers who watched the opening episodes on Tuesday and Wednesday nights were critical of the series. Many people have taken to social media to praise this exciting series.
One person tweeted: “Just watched episode 2 of 5 plus 1. Really hot now. Check out episode 3! #Blindspot”, while another added: “Just watched episodes 1 and 2 of #Blindspot. Really. wonderful and terrifying.”
Others shared the joy of seeing Ross Kemp return to their screens, with one person writing: “I’m so glad I’m glad Ross is back,” while another commented, “I love the new movie on #channel5#blind spot. Great to see Ross Kemp back in action. Worst cop ever.”

What is the blind spot about?
The synopsis reads: “Blindspot is the story of Hannah Quinn, a disabled woman with a wicked sense of humour, who works as a CCTV monitor on a run-down property.
“One day, he saw a man he knew to be a violent criminal leading a young woman into a blind spot in the camera’s field of vision. He appeared alone, but when the scene As we approached, there was no sign of the woman, who seemed to have disappeared into thin air.
