Boris Rhein Familie – Boris (born 2 January 1972) is a German lawyer and Christian Democratic Union (CDU) politician, who has served as Minister-President of Hessen since 2022.
He has been active in Hesse politics since the late 1990s. After being elected to the Landtag of Hesse in 1999, he served as State Minister of the Interior from 2010 to 2014, and as Minister of Science and the Arts from 2014 to 2019.
On May 31, 2022, he was elected to succeed Volker Bouffier as Minister-President of Hessen.
