Brittany Mahomes always keeps it real on social media.
The 28-year-old mom, now co-owner of Kansas City and the wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes, took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday with makeup-free photos revealing the acne she’s been battling recently.
“But here just for your daily reality check,” she captioned a selfie of herself beaming bare-faced, after sharing photos of herself in full glam style made for a family photo shoot.
“I’m actually struggling with my skin right now trying to figure out why I keep breaking out around my mouth,” she continued.

She thought she might be having an allergic reaction to something, but told her 1.9 million followers she “can’t figure it out”.
In another photo, Brittany zoomed in on the camera to show redness and small bumps around her upper lip and on her chin. “Any advice send them my way…thanks friends,” she wrote with a smiley face emoji.

On Instagram, she posted several photos without makeup from her training sessions and casual socializing. In November 2020, she uploaded a makeup-free mirror selfie while thanking her fans for their “love and support” in her fitness apparel venture.
