Brooklyn Beckham Says He and Wife Nicola Peltz Watched Love Island on Their Honeymoon

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham is big Island of love cooling fan!

The 24-year-old admitted in a new interview that he and wife Nicola Peltz Beckham couldn’t stop watching Island of love on their honeymoon in the south of France in July 2022, after becoming obsessed with the reality dating show.

“I remember we watched Island of love at the time and they were really interested in it,” Brooklyn said Time. “So every time we went out to dinner, we’d end up rushing back to the hotel and getting ice cream to eat while we watched it.”

Brooklyn described Nicola, 28, as “my favorite travel companion” and said they “always have a show on the go” as he revealed other shows they like to watch together on their travels.

“I take my computer with me wherever I go because Nicola and I like to watch TV shows,” he continued. “If we’re staying in a hotel, then we’ll get room service — my go-to order is chicken and chips with ice water; Nicola goes for fruit and ice cream – and watches something similar Sex and the city or Gilmore Girls in the evening.”

Reflecting on his honeymoon with his wife, Brooklyn added: “Being in such a beautiful place with such a beautiful person made me feel incredibly lucky, and no matter where I am with Nicola, we always have the best time together.”

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham said he and his wife are big fans of the dating show.

Brooklyn and Nicola tied the knot in April 2022. The couple tied the knot at the Peltz family estate in Palm Beach, Florida, in a traditional Jewish ceremony attended by friends and family that included Brooklyn’s parents, retired soccer star David Beckham and wife Victoria.

The couple returned to the south of France on holiday in July. The pair were then photographed soaking up the sun on a yacht near Saint-Tropez and at the popular Club 55 beach.

In a recent interview, Brooklyn spoke about his attachment to France after visiting his godfathers Elton John and husband David Furnish there as a kid.

“One of my first memories of summer vacation as a child is going with my family to visit the godparents [John and Furnish] at their home in France,” said the Internet chef Time. “There would be a lot of days lounging by the pool or on the beach, and then we’d come back together for dinner every night. My grandparents — my mother’s parents — would often take me and my brothers to Spain.”

Brooklyn added in the interview that he was surprised by another trip this year as a birthday present from his wife in March.

“Nicola surprised me with a trip to my favorite place in the world: Napa Valley, California,” he said. “We stayed in a beautiful hotel hidden in the mountains and went wine tasting in the most incredible vineyards. I can’t wait to get back there.”
