In the video, a white pick-up truck is seen leaving the Ablekuma Star Oil gas station, but then turns around and stops. The unconscious motorcyclists entered the station, and one of them moved toward the policeman’s passenger seat in the van.

The driver of the pick-up truck immediately drove away from the scene after opening the side door. On the other hand, while the police escort tried to get out of the truck, one of the motorcyclists shot him. Another couple of two robbers entered the station on a motorcycle and began firing intermittently during the shooting. Man involved in deadly shooting in Ghana arrested
A man involved in a fatal shooting and van theft has been arrested in Kyebi Zongo in Abuakwa South township. In the meantime, investigations are still ongoing. “Star Oil is deeply saddened to announce the armed robbery attack at our Ablekuma Fanmilk Station on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at around 1:30 p.m.,” the company said in a statement. Not long after the vehicle arrived at the station to collect the money, the robbers attacked it. As a responsible organization, the company informed its customers and the general public that “we have adequate security systems in place at our stations to assist in police investigations.” We take this opportunity to advise the public not to present unsubstantiated versions of the facts, they continued.
After further discussions with the Ghana police, Star Oil said it would share more information about the incident. The police service is currently searching for the suspects in order to arrest them.
