First Class Cricket (Test Matches)
Cameron began playing cricket at the age of 10 for the Subiaco-Floreat Cricket Club in the U-13 Youth League. At the age of 16, he made his debut in first-class cricket in the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA). The Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA) was impressed with his performances and signed him to a rookie contract ahead of the 2016-17 Sheffield Shield season. He played 8 games in the U-19 National League, averaging 20 runs per innings and taking a total of 20 wickets.
In the first innings against Tasmania, he took 5/24 wickets in 8.1 overs and became the youngest player to take 5 wickets in the Sheffield Shield.
He had his big break in the Marsh Sheffield Shield 2019-20 season, recording figures of 87/167 at No. 2. Game 8 and 121/172. 9 against Queensland. Earlier, he was known as a bowling all-rounder but through these innings, he established his reputation with the batting as well.

Green made his debut in a one-day match against Pakistan on 10 January 2017 at Brisbane Stadium during Australia’s tour of Pakistan. He scored 59 runs in 10 overs at an economy rate of 5.90 and took 3 wickets.

Cameron Green made his debut in 20-20 cricket for the Perth Scorchers on 13 January 2019 in the Big Bash League 2018-19 season against the Sydney Sixers. He bowled two overs and scored 21 runs with an economy rate of 10.5.

He scored his first goal in an IPL match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on 21 May 2023 at the Wankhede Stadium (100/47); he became the man of the match.
