A DECEPTIVE optical illusion confuses viewers as they try to find cats hiding in the background of a garden center in less than 20 seconds.

Attention soon fell on the image after East Bay Hardware posted it on X, formerly Twitter.
Some quickly spotted Max and Emma, while others took more time.
“One was easy and the other wasn’t, but it should have been. I wasn’t looking in the right place,” someone remarked.
Another wrote: “All I see is Emma. I’ll have to find Max so I’ll drop by in person.”
A third person offered a quick tip for viewers who want to take on the challenge of locating the pair.
“Made in the shade” was all they wrote.
