THIS may look like a perfectly normal photo of a group of women, but if you look closer you’ll see that something strange is going on.
The shot, shared on Reddit, features five smiling women sharing a sofa, with a sixth friend perched on the arm.

But, upon closer inspection, something appears to be amiss with the girl in the middle, who doesn’t look as if she has any legs.
Going out on a limb, it looks as if all the other legs in view can be matched to their respective owners, leaving the one in the middle without any.
Plenty of viewers have been stumped by the bizarre optical illusion, although the legs-it may not really be as it seems.

The strange brain teaser becomes a little clearer upon closer inspection, which reveals that the woman in the middle is sat with her legs akimbo.
Viewers were initially perplexed by the bizarre contortion acts going on in the shot, although many managed to get to grips with what was going on in the end.
However, an eagle-eyed commenter noticed that there was something else odd about the photo, writing: “Is that the Grim Reaper poking its head up between girl #3 and girl #4?”
This isn’t the first viral illusion to send viewers into a frenzy, after a video emerged featuring a tube train which seems to be travelling in both directions at once.
By changing the way you think the train is going, you can change how the tube appears to be travelling.
