Captain Lee Rosbach is testing some new waters!
PEOPLE can exclusively reveal Below deck The alum, 73, will bring his “no-nonsense attitude” and “salty one-liners” to a new weekly podcast Salty with Captain Lee.
“In each episode, he sets sail on an exciting journey through the vast ocean of pop culture and reality TV gossip. With his signature charm and no-nonsense wit, the notoriously grumpy Captain and his co-host, Sam DeCavalcanti, along with a wide variety of guests, will help listeners navigate the latest headlines, hottest tea and behind-the-scenes happenings from Below deck and the world of entertainment. No life jacket required,” according to PodcastOne’s official synopsis.

In an announcement for the upcoming podcast, Rosbach—affectionately known as “Sea Stallion”—introduces himself and DeCavalcanti to listeners, sharing, “Captain Lee here and the name of our podcast was sent for obvious reasons, especially for those of you who know me, for those who don’t know me, you’ll soon understand. And this is also my trusty sidekick and personal assistant, Sam, who’s here to keep me grounded, or to make a feeble attempt at it.”
He teases that he’ll have “some guests if I like them,” and Sam asks, “If you don’t like them, then what?”
“We won’t wear them and we can talk about anything – pop culture, movies, generational differences…” he says, and Sam cuts him off, “Between you and me.”
“It’s only half a century,” Sam reminds Rosbach, and he adds, “Half a century, huh? half a century, [you] had to go there.”
Sam says the two are also “going to spill the tea on Bravo and all the stupid things going on in the Bravo world, knock the damn teapot over.”

‘Below Deck’ captain Lee Rosbach closes ‘magical’ tenure on Bravo: ‘It feels right’
The announcement of the podcast comes after Rosbach said goodbye to Below deck after 10 “crazy” seasons in March.
“Deciding to become a yacht captain is the best decision I’ve ever made in my life,” he said during his latest episode of the Bravo series.

It refers to being forced to leave the motor yacht Saint David early in filming season 10 for health reasons, he added, “I made a promise to come back. That’s a promise I’ve kept. I want people to look at the work I’ve done and go, ‘He set the bar high, and he held high.’ God, what a ride.”
“I don’t know what will happen in the future, but the ocean will always be a part of me,” he concluded. “I still have the best job in the world.”
