CAROL Vorderman took a dig at Charlotte Hawkins today as she spoke through the Good Morning Britain presenter in a fiery interview.
The former Countdown presenter appeared on the breakfast show on Friday to mark International Women’s Day.

However, her subsequent interview focused mainly on her political views and campaigning to encourage tactical voting at the next general election.
Carol told viewers that she trained as a journalist and after investigating alleged “corruption” in the government, she went on a crusade to remove the Conservative Party from power.
Charlotte asked: “Will you be as critical and keep an eye on everything that happens while Labor is in government?
“Governments must have a balance, for everything to work, to balance budgets…”

Carol interjected after saying, “I think you are being very generous, Charlotte, with this government.”
She added, “That’s what they’ll tell you.”
Charlotte tried to counter the argument by saying, “There have always been certain amounts of allegations of corruption . . .”
Carol spoke through Charlotte again, exploding, “No, it’s not, but not in the same way. That’s the whole thing.”
Watching at home, one viewer joked online: “It was partly a political show on behalf of Carol Vorderman’s TV career.”
Someone else said: “Don’t get me wrong, I’m far from a dirty Tory fan, but Carol Vorderman is just a Labor supporter. A real journalist would share ALL the corruption, not one sided. She’s righteous and self absorbed.”

Another added: “Carol Vorderman? I want to tune out, but I’ll hold out to see if she can keep her political bias.”
Meanwhile, others were impressed with the presenter, saying: “I bloody love Carol Vorderman. Keep it up Carol.”
Another added: “Carol Vorderman is absolutely smashing everything on #GMB Forget tribalism. If you don’t like what she has to say, question her facts. Go back to her. Otherwise, you’re just shouting at the moon.”
