Charu Shankar is an Indian actor, health and fitness expert, theater director, presenter and dancer. She came to limelight after playing the role of Mehrunissa in Epic TV’s Hindi television show Siyaasat (2014).

Charu has loved acting and dancing since childhood and has acted in various school plays and plays. In her first play in school, she played the role of Mirabhai, a devotee of Lord Krishna.
