This story is about a man who gave all his money to homeless dogs. He earned this money in the steel industry.
He is Chinese. His name is Wang Yan. He’s a millionaire. He founded the rescue center in Changchun City in 2012. He gives money for medical care and food for the puppies.
He founded this shelter because he lost his favorite dog the year he founded this shelter.
A 29-year-old man has given all his money to save more than 2,000 stray dogs from the slaughterhouse. A man has a statue of a dog praying in his rescue center.
Now there are almost 200 dogs of various breeds in his shelter. He was so generous that he gave the dogs a second chance at life.
