Chris Hemsworth has a secret skill!
On Monday, September 16, the 41-year-old actor appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and gave one lucky audience member a bowl haircut.
Host Jimmy Kimmel, 56, introduced the segment by sharing a photo of Hemsworth’s twin sons Sasha and Tristan, both rocking a mullet-backed bowl.
The Transformers One the star explained that after Tristan cut his own hair, his other son asked him if he would cut his hair in a similar way. As a result, both are left with a style that has hair of equal length from the front to the sides of the head, while the back remains long.
Unlike Tristan, Sasha also has shaved sides.

“It’s the fashion in Australia,” the father of three explained to Kimmel’s surprise.
Moments later, the two greeted an audience member — named Liam — on stage after he volunteered to be cut by Hemsworth. To create the hairstyle, Hemsworth lightly dampened Liam’s hair with a spray bottle before placing a metal bowl on top of his head and using it as a guide to cut the youngster’s long locks.
The trio made small talk while Hemsworth worked his magic, during which Liam said he was a student at UCLA and hoped his hairstyle would be a conversation starter – and potentially land him a girlfriend.
Hemsworth and Kimmel joked around as the actor continued to cut the audience’s hair. At one point, the host remarked that the style gave a “Stupid and Stupid Look”.

The actor then took out an electric shaver to shave the sides and accentuate the bowl-like style.
Towards the end, Hemsworth was then asked if his parents cut his hair when he was younger, to which he said, “Actually, that’s where it came from. There’s a photo of me somewhere with a bowl cut like this.”
“Oh, and you chose to inflict the same pain on your own children?” Kimmel asked.
“It was on request,” the actor replied.
As the cut continued, Kimmel complimented Hemsworth on his technique, while the actor admitted that he had never cut his hair in front of a live audience before. Finally, Liam looked at the cut using a hand mirror and declared: “I have to move to Australia now!”

Last week, Hemsworth and his family attended the Australian premiere of the film Transformers One in Sydney, Australia where his sons showed off their creative hairstyles. Hemsworth wore a gray suit with a gray T-shirt to the event, while his wife Elsa Pataky wore a burgundy red jumpsuit.
Meanwhile, their two sons dressed more casually, with one wearing a blue button-down shirt and black pants, the other opting for a white shirt and blue jeans.
