Christine Brown reflects on her journey of self-discovery nearly three years after her split from ex Kody Brown.
The Sister wives star, 52, shared an inspirational message on Instagram on Oct. 30 about the importance of embracing uncertainty, noting, “Sometimes feeling a little lost is just the beginning of finding yourself again.”
“Those in-between moments, of uncertainty, are signs that you’re on your way back to who you were meant to be,” she added. “Go on.”

She then reassured her followers that “it’s okay to feel lost — accepting those feelings is part of the process.”
“You are getting closer to who you should be. #FindingYourself #EmbraceTheJourney #EmbracingChange #StrongerEveryday” she concluded.
The post also included an inspirational quote from Mel Robbins, which read: “You’ll always be a little lost before you find yourself again.”

Last month, Christine opened up about the struggles she faced during her polygamous marriage to the Brown family patriarch – which ended in November 2021 – in a video montage shared on Instagram. The clip included flashbacks of Christine’s trials and tribulations from her first marriage before switching to happy photos of her wedding to husband David Woolley.
“Sometimes I wish it was as simple as clicking our heels three times,” she said at the time. “If only it were so easy to leave behind the most difficult moments in life. But this is what I know: even in the most difficult situations there is always hope.”
Christine told her followers that they “have the power to create your own happy ending” despite how “impossible” things seem right now.
“It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. Keep believing, keep moving forward—because brighter days await you on the other side. ✨💛 #TheresHope #BrighterDaysAhead,” she concluded.

After announcing their relationship in February 2023, Christine and David tied the knot in Utah in October of that year.
In September 2023, Christine told PEOPLE that her current husband “has more integrity than anyone I know. He built his business while he was a single father, so that’s everything to him.”
Of David, she added: “His word is his bond and it means everything to him…. If he says he’s going to do it, he’s going to do it.”
“He is a phenomenal person, to the core. He is simply outstanding. Yeah, I just feel like I hit a gold mine, Major,” she said. “I won the lottery with him.”
