Jeff Cavaliere and his wife have been married for over a decade. On the other hand, the fitness guru kept his personal life private. He did not reveal his wife’s name or any of her personal information online.

He and his wife welcomed their twin sons, Jason and Xavier, eight years later. Cavaliere revealed that he and his wife were busy raising the children after the boys arrived.
On November 1, 2017, he joked on Instagram that they hadn’t slept in a long time. On Mother’s Day 2020, Cavaliere expressed his gratitude to his partner for being an excellent mother to two growing children.
The 46-year-old said on social media that his wife is more than the mother of his children. They called her “the whole world” for him and their boys.

He went on to say that they could not express their gratitude enough to her for her selfless and unwavering love and support.

Cavaliere showed his love for his wife through posts and actions on Instagram. He left a promising job in 2009.
A successful coach, he received the prestigious position of head physical therapist and deputy strength coach at the New York Mets, a popular Major League Baseball (MLB) team. However, his work required him to spend almost all of his time with the team, leaving him with little or no time for his family.
Because of this, he resigned in 2009. The physical therapist took some time off after leaving his job with the Mets. He was looking for a job that would allow him to be his own boss. He eventually founded “ATHLEAN-X”, a popular training program. After all this time, his feelings and respect for his wife only grew stronger.

In an Instagram post dated May 13, 2019, the father of two saluted the three women who have influenced him to be better in every aspect of his life.
Among them were his wife, mother and grandmother. Cavaliere waxed lyrical about his other half, stressing how she supported and loved him despite raising two children. He said that he admired and respected her and that he considered her a superwoman in the letter.
She would make the hardest job on the planet look easy, he said. Despite having her hands full with their family, she did her best to make life easier for them.
